[BHV] race team meeting on Thursday 12-14-06

I think that the problem we have at this point is that we have too many
people with /casual/ interest. This isn't going to cut it with a formal
race team. With something like this, we need people who are willing to
practice together *every* week, have a strong dedication to a training
program, communicate frequently, and be willing to make sacrifices to be
a part of it. In short, this defines the word *COMMITMENT.* Bobby is
offering his time and energies to get this thing off the ground, so if
you are really /serious/ about being a part of this, get in touch with
him ASAP!! I don't know about the rest of the people on this list, but
there are very few opportunities for me to compete in anything as I get
older, and the team aspect of training, friendship, working together,
and encouragement we can give each other is an opportunity I don't want
to pass up. Let's get this thing going!!!
