The weather is looking good for this Sunday - high of 74, low of 54  
and sunny.  Brian and I marked the course on Saturday and everything  
looked good.  With the exception of some storm drain pipe replacement  
near the top of Wheelerville mountain, the course is in very good  
shape.  This year we changed the course slightly.  At Lincoln Falls,  
we now turn right and go to Hillsgrove where we hit Rt 87.  This will  
bypass Forksville and all of the Bow Festival crowds and associated  
traffic, eliminating a dangerous intersection and replacing it with  
some low traffic roads.  This shaves a few miles off the route, but  
we were at 104 miles, so we are now closer to 100.

I hope everyone is ready, we will have another good one this year!

100 mile fully supported ride through the Endless Mountains of  
Pennsylvania (25 & 50 mile options also)
Voted "Most Challenging Century Ride" by the League of American  
Bicyclists
Proceeds will benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation

REGISTRATION TIME:  7:30 AM

RIDE TIME: 9:00 AM

FEE:  $20  Pre-registered by Sept 10th assures a T-shirt, those  
registered after Sept 10th & on the day of the ride receive T-shirts  
on a first come first serve basis.

There will be water and food stops at 25, 50 & 75 mile points
A pick-up wagon will be on course to assist the riders
Medical personnel will be available throughout the ride
A spaghetti dinner after the ride for all cyclists & volunteers
Live DJ, good music & a Masseuse to massage your tired muscles
