[BHV] Tuesday Brisk and HIlly 6 PM?

There has been some talk of switching to 5:30 PM, but no real  
definitive statements by anyone who wants to come forward and take on  
the detestable role of "The Decider."

Accordingly, I'm going to suggest we stick with 6PM one more week.   
Sun sets at 7:20, civil twilight at 7:50.

How about Hendy Sagetown, but back by Dutch/Hill Strouse, Hendy,  
which is a little bit shorter, and hopefully quicker than the  
standard 30 mile Hendy/Sagetown loop.  This gives us two good climbs,  
a nice long relatively gentle one to Caton, and a somewhat shorter,  
steeper one up Strouse.  Plus we can get some speed work on Marsh/ 
Sagetown to the left turn at Dutch Hill and again on the run down  
Hendy to Fitch's bridge.

The descent down Dutch Hill is very fast, but be careful.  There's a  
left hand off-camber curve about two-thirds of the way down that can  
catch you by surprise.

So:  meet at Wilson Farms, West Gray and Hoffman, westside Elmira.  6  
PM unless The Decider steps forward and moves it to 5:30 PM.
