[BHV] Spam on listserv

All,
	As you have probably noticed, there has been a significant increase in 
the amount of spam on the list as of late.  I took a look at the 
options for the listserv, and I believe I have turned on a setting that 
will reduce the spam to nothing.  I have enabled the option that 
restricts posts to the list to members only.  Previously, we had it 
open so that others could post to the list and get a note out about a 
ride or whatever.  From now on, if a non-member of the list tries to 
post, I will get an email and be able to make a decision on whether to 
allow the post or not.  If this turns out to be all spam, I will simply 
have those emails deleted.
