This from the FLCC listserve. Glenn's message says it all. For the racer types, likely to be well worth the effort of getting to Ithaca. ---Bill Lodico

Subject: FLCC> Sunday Cycling Seminar

This Sunday is the fourth and final seminar of the Spring Cycling series,
brought to you by the Finger Lakes Cycling Club.. The topic is race tactics
and strategies. We will talk about all types of bike races and how to ride
them effectively and as members of teams. It often amazes me how many of
the guys think that their results are better served by a little more
training time and not by learning "the art of war". For those who skip this
seminar there are many opportunities to learn the details later in the
season, as each week the smarter riders will beat you using little tidbits
they learned in the class. You don't think that old guys like Ernie Bayles
or I are consistent threats in the races because we are as strong as the
young guys, do you ? It helps to be strong, but it is vital to be smart.
Come and learn how to race.

Sunday morning 10:00 AM-12-00 Noon in room 128 Olin Hall Chemical
Engineering building at Cornell. Free and open to any interested people.
