[BHV] Saturday 10AM ride - Van Etten

Forecast for Sat is cloudy, breezy, and upper-50s - not bad for October!

Jim M & I are meeting at the Nature Preserve area parking lot between Van Etten and Spencer at 10am.  Plan to go Wynkoop Creek Rd to Marsh and climb up to the top of Swartwood Hill for a fun descent.  Then a little west on 224 and turn right up McDuffy Hollow Rd.  Back down Langford Creek rd into Van Etten.  All paved.  25 miles, but a loop around Dean Creek could be added if we're up for it and the weather's OK.  Hilly route but we don't plan to push the pace too much.   If there's a large group, different paces, we'd suggest regrouping at hilltops.  Post to list serve and we'll look for you at 10.
