[BHV] Cyclocross video instructions

The little suckers are 16 inches high!  Everyone describes it as bunny
hopping.  Watch them on the videos and you realize they are doing a
wheelie hop.  And not once but multiple times in about 4 bike lenghts
to land recover and hop again.  I think you might be able to do it
Jeff maybe.  Those of us who are mere mortals will shoulder the bike.
I always did want to learn how to do a wheelie hop.
