[BHV] Cyclocross video instructions

   Check out the photos from swansdrome, those 16 inch barriers are more like 
4 or 5 around here. The local races arent the Crank Brothers grand prix. The 
local cross races are extremely low key. not to say the riders arent extremely 
fast. You can hop most of the barriers with a little practice but your right 
it cant be done like an MTB. If you want to learn ask Dave Perry to show you 
how, he can hop onto the picnic tables at the glenn without touching the 
chainrings and on platform pedals.
