[BHV] Tues Not so

Rough road warning for Hardscrabble (hence the name, I guess.)

About halfway between Latta and Draht, right at the bottom of downward
pitch if coming from Latta - pretty torn up pavement, good size holes,
lots of debris.  Not a serious threat if you are climbing from Draht, or
if you are aware of it - which now you are.

Anyone for a ride up LattaBrook then Hardscrabble, Draht Hill, etc ? 

20 miles roughly, kinda hilly but scenic
