My climby route is kinda tricky to follow so how about reversing the ol' favorite, Sagetown, Straus, Dutch Hill ?  We'd ride out Church St, left on Hendy Crk, left, up ( "up" should be capitalized !) Dutch Hill over the top to Straus Rd, left on Sagetown and return through Pine City. Still lots of flat sections for fast paceline riding, and the climb up Dutch Hill is a tough one that we rarely do.
