Believe me, you dont have to be over 45 for this to work. Its been working 
for me my whole life. I think when they said 1 they meant one case or one 5th. 
Youve said it yourself Bobbo, I race better with a killer hangover. I always 
attributed this to the fun factor, If your having loads of fun the weekend is a 
success no matter the results. Drink more beer for better results.
