[BHV] Bike fit

I was fitted on my triathlon bike about five or so years ago. I
wanted to fine-tune my position and get feedback from someone who is
an expert in the field. I was pleased with the results and had a
respectable Ironman bike split that year on a tough course. The cost
was not that high, but I guess it depends on the fitter. I believe it
did help.

For my road bike, I continually experiment with stem lengths and
angles to get the right fit and feel. I find that with age my lower
back is not as flexible so my positioning is not as aggressive as it
used to be, so adjustments have been made for my, ahem, maturity :)
