[BHV] Valley Ride

Maybe we could put something together for the eastern half this Sunday from 
the valley area. I would love to ride with the Amish pursuit guys but being a 
little limited on time I would definately rather ride than drive. I definately 
need long base miles and after last Sunday Im definately not looking for that 
intensity yet.
   I know it wasent that fast, Im just FAT and SLOW and LAZY and OLD. If 
interested post and we will work something out closer to the weekend weather
