The article is about an OCC couple who (in their car) tailed an
escaping burglar long enough for the police to catch him.
I'm not sure what Don is getting at. I've never burgled a house. And
as far as pursuit of fleeing law-breakers, I've only done that on my
bike, and I quickly lose them unless they get stuck at a red light.
Governor for my bike is set at about 30 mph on the flats, and the
engine blows up quickly even then.
