Ahh, yes that pesky governor!!

I had hoped my governor would be set a bit higher this coming spring but it
seems that it may even be a bit lower than last year... as hard as that is
to believe.  Seems my engine has built up some sludge in the pistons and on
the main block.  Too bad Paul doesn't sell new ones.

As for the article link, thanks for the explaination.
