[BHV] Co Rd 60 - Waverly - road work

Hey folks, Chemung Co. Road 60 (OBrien's Hill - Tomassos' Golf Course) was getting a new surface today.  New thin layer - kind of sticky right now but after a week or so should be pretty nice.  Not very good riding for the next couple of days though.
