FLCC> Haleigh and Chris Doetschman Trip Across the country

Greetings from Manistique Michigan. Haleigh and I have been learning how to get up early to avoid the hot afternoons. We are on our 1100th mile of the 4500 mile trip. We went north to lake Ontario, crossed to Canada at Lewiston bridge. Rode along the Niagara river, north border of lake Erie, east side of lake Huron, through the Manitoulin Islands, along the north border of lake Huron. Crossed to US at Sault St. Marie. We will finish our ride today in Escanaba, Michigan (Northwest corner of lake Michigan). Seeing some new and beautiful things. Meeting nice people. Ithaca's beauty is still tops.  We might change our minds after the Rockies and west coast. We've been missing the water falls and the beautiful forests from back home. Canadians are nice people! Glad to spend time among them. That's all for now.
