In Ryan's defence I'd like to note:

Washington = big stupid-steep hill

4th ....Me = 60 kg + bike weigh about 150 lbs., at 270 watts = 4.5 w/kg. for a time of 1:06 up Washington

9th?....Ryan = 80 kg?weigh about 190 lbs., at 320 watts = 7 w/kg. for 1:09 up Washington

Owasco TT- pancake flat TT (mostly + its shouldn't take as long as Mt. Washington)... ( 2 weeks from now)

1st....Ryan = 350+ watts ~ 26.5 mph?

20th-ish I hope!.....Me = 300+ watts ~ 25 mph?

Revenge for Mr. Morris is near I think,

Skinny IC Matt

:) cheers

  Hi, I was wondering if I could get a ride to the Owasco stage race in a
couple weekends. I need room for two bikes on the Saturday since there's
a TT.

Will buy beer for a drive,
-Ryan

P.S. Interesting last couple weeks on the road, Canadian Nationals, Mt
Washington Hillclimb (skinny IC Matt whooped my fat ass! However, I was
the first person to ever do it on PowerCranks), and sandbagging a local
cat 3 stage race today after the mountain!
