Hey Alex,
Just ride it out.  I think that's the best advice I can give you.  If 
I actually offer you something medically sound that will help you 
ride even faster, you'll just drop me even sooner.  So keep 
riding.  Stick hot needles into it (it's called pin-firing in 
horses).  Drink heavily.  Try impact sports.  Eat donuts by the box...
