ReCycle Ithaca's Bicycles is seeking a new Program Coordinator. The ideal
candidate would be commited, flexible, organized and interested in
empowering the community in its transportation needs. The ideal candidate
would possess excellent leadership skills ( including self reflection and
open to criticism), general computer skills and diverse knowledge of
bicycles and biking culture. Candidate must demonstrate excellent
communication skills, be able to work with diverse community members and
show an understanding of intrapersonal power dynamics. Candidate must have
experience with bike repair, non-profit management and/or working with
youth.
