FLCC> Marcellus Training Race Report

I think the weather gods and mother nature were punishing us racers for our
bad behavior and littering ways, as they delivered plenty of H20 and scary
lightening to us this evening.
 
With a couple of the core group of riders off at the Empire State Games out
in Rochester, combined with muggy hot weather and impending severe
thunderstorms (can you say small stream advisory?) -- we had a total
head-count tonight of 6 riders. Myself, Dave, Jason, Kate, Bryan and Sue
left Marcellus Park with overcast skies, and headed over to the circuit.
 
We did our warmup lap. We raced 1 lap. Then the skies opened up and we
time-trialed back to the park. End of story.
 
Better weather next week? Stay tuned...
