FLCC> winter tights

Hi all-

I'm sick of my legs getting cold and wet on late fall/winter rides...no
more layering spandex on top of bike shorts for me. I'm looking for THE
warmest, driest tights available. I'm willing to shell out the bucks if
it's really going to keep me warm. Any recommendations?

Tights I have noticed online: Pearl Izumi's Gavia and AmFib tights, De
Marchi Contour Plus, Sugui Subzero, etc. I tend to get pretty durn chilly
on winter rides, so I just want the warmest stuff I can find. Water
resistance/proofness ideal for good old Ithaca days. Any comments,
suggestions welcome. Thanks!
