FLCC> Swandrome Cyclocross - Results and Thanks

Much thanks to all who came out for the Swandrome Cyclocross 2006.  I  
would especially like to thank...

Glenn and Marcia for having the event at their place, Sara and Wayne  
for running registration, Mark and Amanda for arranging food, Jeff  
for officiating, Ernie for procuring the "jon", Don and Sandy for  
extra tables and help, and the trail crew for making the course so good.

And... a huge thank you to Dave Heck, who did a super job working the  
computer, running the custom SuperTwinkieMacros on the Excel  
speadsheet, and providing us with such good results.

It was a treat to have Dan Timmerman riding with us, as he is  
currently one of the fastest cross riders in the country.

Glad to see Glenn out on the course.  Best jersey goes to Mike Smith,  
whose shirt and tie were the class of the field.  Best display of  
sheer will goes to Paul Monkman, who did the event on a commuting  
bike with fenders, rack, and road tires.

Sorry we could not fund our traditional prizes this year.  We  
arranged the race on a very short schedule, and a hefty extra USCF  
rush fee for our permit ate our prize fund.  However, we will have  
prizes next year!  And, I hope that everyone got lots of tasty food,  
and enjoyed the event.
