Greg Drumm - the promoter of this event wanted me to forward the following
message:
 
Team SCARR announces the EMS CX Training Race @ Chittenango on Sunday,
October 8, 2006 in Sullivan Park in Chittenango, NY.  This event is
permitted as a USCF “non-competitive event” and is intended to be an
informal, low key training format to simulate aspects of a CX race.  There
will also be a one lap CX Time Trial challenge for those wishing to try
something a little different.  Good "tune-up" event for the next two CNY CX
series both in the Syracuse area (10/15 Syracuse Grand Prix & 10/22 Camillus
Wildcat Crossing).
 
Super low registration fee of $5.  There will also be numerous draw prizes
and give-aways from our generous supporters (Eastern Mountain Sports,
Endurancefactor.com, Bicycle Alley, and Spokepost.com) for both volunteers
and participants.
