Another product testimonial I guess, but I did this with Doug awhile back
and found it both very useful and interesting. If anybody is interested, I
can share the data I got. I might add that that it seems much more
accurate than a Conconi test, which I've had done as well. I didn't see a
deflection in my heart rate and what the tester found was implausibly
high. http://www.jssm.org/vol1/n4/2/n4-2abstract.htm agrees with this
assessment.
