Ditto to everything said. Great bunch and lots of fun (yeah Wayne, I may not BE fun but I HAVE fun).
I think the main reason I participate in these affairs is not for the conditioning, camaraderie, fun, etc.. that's there, but to get in touch with my inner warrior self, what little there is and remains. I suspect that's what motivates most to show up too.
Cop a breeze,
Alex

well, another season done, just want to say that i had a good time riding
w/ the C group this year...a good bunch of people there that look out after
each other....the most memorable for me will be Dave R. and me doing a 2
man TT 3/4 of the way around brooktondale course with me taking the win and
then coming in 3rd on the ringwood course after on a break away until Jack
R. caught me on EHS....then came little riding time for me and getting me
arse kicked by these guys and gals....on both courses......i would have to
say that Daniel has come a long way since riding the C group, from getting
dropped early and not doing the 2nd lap on B'dale to leading them up the
climb and hanging with them more and more each time....kind of reminds me
of another big guy when he started...i forget his name.
well, have a good winter and until next year.....maybe i will get me sh!t
together and train a little more....oh yeah, one thing i learned this year,
you cant just ride a little and try to race....i got the most major leg
cramp last night on hunt.
