FLCC> 'cross race preparation

	I spent a good bit of time mowing and working to smooth out parts of the 
cyclocross (and ski) course over the weekend, but there is still a bunch of 
work to be done. After people ride the course on Tuesday night they will 
all have their own impressions of what needs to be done to make the course 
smooth enough, dry enough, and safe enough for their tastes. The one major 
task that will require a special volunteer is the annual job of spreading 
wood chips over some wet, rocky, or rooty areas to make it less likely that 
anyone falls or does damage to their bikes, bodies (or skis). In a couple 
of places, chips will help the course to hold up under the race traffic, 
especially if the weather doesn't cooperate.   So......we need a volunteer 
with a pick-up truck or a small trailer, so we can get free wood chips from 
the town depot and bring them to the trails. Anyone ?
