FLCC> Tuesday night rides

	This is the first Tuesday of April. Barring cataclysmic floods or 
snowstorms, I am sure that a significant number of people will show up next 
to the HSBC Bank / Rite-Aid across from East Hill PLaza and we will have 
the first Tuesday night event of the season. Tuesdays during April are 
RIDES, and not races. It is during this time that we encourage and educate 
newer riders who wish to try out racing. I hope that the hot-shit racer 
guys will have gone out during the afternoon and trashed themselves so that 
they will be likely to ride slowly and share what they know with the newer 
guys and gals on these rides. We will go out in several groups with the 
primary goal of learning how to ride safely and smoothly together. Some 
groups may get to learn a little about racing by doing periodic town-line 
sprints, but I repeat - now is the time to help the newer people. May is 
when you can start showing everybody how tough and fit you are... Those who 
can't figure this out will be "educated" later in the long summer season. 
There are plenty of "teachers" around here...
