If only the guinea pigs were feckless, which is actually a mis-spelling
of a word to describe celibant individuals, they wouldn't need IEDs.

Thanks so much for adding to the thread and filling in some of the 
gaps.  Thus, I presume, since John's not telling us,  that an "IED" is 
some sort of contraceptive device for rodents?
