The Ithaca Tompkins County Transportation Council has recently published 
a bicycle map with traffic volume ratings and steepness. The map is 
available online at:

I picked up a free paper copy at EMS the other day. I know that some of 
us were consulted when the map was being designed. The map is very easy 
to read and is on glossy paper. Not quite Tyvek but fairly durable.
