Hi all,

Not to compete with the Sun club ride but ... thought some of you might be
interested in checking out the Farm Trail this Sun.

I'm leading the cycling tour and welcome a few more riders (registration
info below).

Best,
Tania

Farm Trail Open House, Brunch, & Bike Tour
Sunday August 19th

Visit with local farmers, take in the scenery, and enjoy the harvest while
supporting local, organic, and sustainable farms.

Farm Trail Brunch - 10am - 12pm. Join the Cayuga Nature Center for a
delicious local and organic brunch featuring ingredients from farm trail
participants. After brunch hit the trail and visit the farms where the food
was grown. Please call 273-6260 to RSVP for brunch. Brunch is $9 for
adults, $5 for children.

Farm Trail Open House - 12:30-5:00pm
Gather up friends and family and hit the Farm Trail! This is a great
opportunity to connect with where your food comes from, see how it is grown,
and meet the farmers growing it! Check out the Farm Trail Guide and pick
your route. Bring a cooler and buy farm fresh products along the way. The
"I Love Local Farms" Farm Trail Button is your pass to visit any of the
participating farms. Trail buttons are $5 a person or $8 for a carpool (4
buttons). Buttons and Trail Guides available at GreenStar Cooperative
Market, Trumansburg Farmers Market, Cooperative Extension, and on farms the
day of trail.

Participating Farms include: Blue Heron Farm, Hi Point Farm, Sweetland Farm,
Glenhaven Farm, Indian Creek Farm, Cayuga Pure Organics, The Gardens of
Earthly Mirth, The Happy Farmer, Kingbird Farm, and Six Mile Creek Vineyard.
