FLCC> Tour de Loop Registration Deadline This Friday at Noon

I contacted the Oswego Y and the deadline will be changed to Friday,
August 24, at 9:00 AM. After 9:00 you can call the Y and register on the
phone. But, there will be no same-day registration.

This was a glitch; thanks for point it out.
