FLCC> Tour De Loop directions and/or carpool?

I've heard that a good number of Ithacans are headed up to Oswego this 
weekend for the Tour De Loop.  I'm not entirely sure after looking at the 
website where the race starts - is the start at the YMCA?  Along those 
lines, does anyone happen to have driving directions to the start?

Also, I wondered if anyone might be interested in carpooling to Oswego.  I 
could drive (I have room for myself and one other person with a bike) or 
could offer gas money, either way.
