Tour De Shunk Century Ride

100 mile fully supported ride through the Endless Mountains of  
Pennsylvania (25 & 50 mile options also)
Voted "Most Challenging Century Ride" by the League of American  
Bicyclists
Proceeds will benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation

REGISTRATION TIME:  7:30 AM

RIDE TIME: 9:00 AM

FEE:  $25 Pre-registered by Sept 7th assures a T-shirt.
$30 registered after Sept 7th & on the day of the ride.

There will be water and food stops at 25, 50 & 75 mile points
A pick-up wagon will be on course to assist the riders
Medical personnel will be available throughout the ride
A spaghetti dinner after the ride for all cyclists & volunteers
Live DJ, good music & a Masseuse to massage your tired muscles
