Yes, many have been lost (and found) looking for FLCC rides. Here's what 
it says on the calendar on the website:

Meet at the Tompkins Professional Bldg parking area on NY96 just past 
the entrance to the hospital. (It's about 2.5 miles up hill from the 
inlet.)

So, to clarify: it's on NY 96; if you go west on Buffalo St, cross the 
bridges and keep going, you will be on Cliff St, which is NY 96 north. 
 From the bigger bridge go about 2.5 miles up the hill. Just past the 
entrance to the hospital (with a traffic light and big CMC sign) is a 
driveway into a parking area next to the highway. That's the place.

Also, on the maps page of the FLCC website is a box entitled "Finding 
Places" with a link to "West Hill":

gives a little map to the start location.

And, the calendar is right: it's at 5:30.

[If you are driving to the start, unfortunately you'll find that Cliff 
Street is closed for construction. You'll need to follow the detour (it 
goes up NY 79 -- follow State St west and it will become NY 79). If 
you're biking, you can enjoy the wonderful luxury of riding up Cliff St 
with (almost) no traffic. ]
