Will be heading out of shop for some cozy paced miles Sunday 10:30 . ride 
for 2+ hrs.

I am 'resting' a sore knee , and quite soft. so this will be nothing but 
slow fun. But how can we help but go with mother natures flow, now that we 
have faughter her enough for some warm outdoor Jan. rides.
