Sunday 9 AM the usual crowd will meet at my house 952 Oak Hill,
Elmira, for the annual Tour de Bradford century, aka the Brick. If
you think you've got 8,000 feet of climbing in 100 miles, you are
invited to join us.

This is a hilly, not fast century, through some very pretty
countryside in Bradford county. Bring your low gear.

Nine hours is a respectable time to complete this ride, with a couple
of not-too-long stops for food and fuel. Some do it in 8; more power
to 'em. The ride has reduced strong riders to babbling idiots.
Bring cue sheet in case you want to go slower or faster than anyone
who knows the route. My intention is to make full use of my 24X27
granny and enjoy the ride.

For a diner we satisfy ourselves with a picnic table at the general
store in Burlington, though we have kept an eye out for alternatives.

Some of the route is shared with the Oswald Cycle Works 2d annual low
key, no frills, totally fun century leaving out of Mansfield, so we
may see some other totally fun people out on bikes out there.

e-mail me with questions. Cue sheet attached.

Bill Lodico
