FLCC> Tuesday night rules

I have seen an "old-timer" intentionally disrespect a car-back signal.
Everyone in our group eventually moved over except this one individual; he
just pulled out and rode past the group on the left, blocking the way for
the tentative (patient?) driver and mumbling something about cyclist's
rights. This was disrespectful of the driver and the group.

Its not about rights; its about safety first, and then courtesy to the
community, and then maybe the big wins. There may be certain people who
can't commit to following group rules. These people should not be allowed to
ride with the group. Does anyone disagree with this principle?
