FLCC> Cayuga Lake Triathlon

Greetings fellow cyclists,

Hope you're all healthy, riding lots of miles, and able to find 
satellite TV to watch some of the Tour!

Cayuga Lake Triathlon is right around the corner, Sunday August 5th.
Hope anyone that planned to participate has already signed up as the 
individual sprint and intermediate distances have already closed out 
this year. At this time there are still a few spots for the youth race 
and relay teams.

As you know, we owe are success as a well organized event, to the hard 
work of race director Jane Miller and the dozens of volunteers that give 
generously of their time each year! Many of whom are recruited from the 
Finger Lakes Cycling Club!

So once again I ask you to grab a cycling partner, family member, 
coworker, neighbor, or stranger off the street and sign up at
