FLCC> Sunday Ride -- Moderate Pace

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I am going to be in NY for a few weeks to 2 months and would like to get 
some riding in.   I am coming from the VERY flat state of FL so I know I am 
in for a rude awakening with the hills.   I am also looking for rides around 
30 miles of a moderate pace if anyone knows of such a thing.   :)

Also is there a place I can join the club and pay online?
