FLCC> Volunteers needed for Sunday- PLEASE :)

Good Morning,
 
The Empire State Games Central Region Qualifier is this Sunday, June
3rd.
We are desperately seeking volunteers to help with the following duties:
 
Racer Registration / sign-in- 8am to 9am- for ESG race
 
Racer Registration / sign-in- 10am-11:30am- for TVC 4/5 race
 
Corner Marshalls / to flag and stop traffic for riders turning onto
Laughlin rd for time trial- ~ 8:50am-9:45ish
(Joe Walker-volunteer)  Still need another!
 
Timers for time-trial - Just like we do on TT nights- ~8:50am - 10ish
 
Holders- 8:55am-9:30ish -not necessary, but if we have an extra person,
it would be great to give the racers a hold for the TT start.
 
FINISH LINE  / LAP COUNTER - During ESG race ~10am-11:15ish
We need people to keep track of riders #'s for each bell lap and at the
finish.  Bring clipboard, paper and pen.
 
ESG Results:  Marsha & Margaret will calculate points results provided
from finish line crew to determine ESG team.
The ESG points race is based on points earned for both TT & points race-
various points are earned for each bell sprint lap (double points on the
finish lap) and are calculated and combined with the time trial points
to determine the team order.
 
4/5 Circuit Race- Finish line /  lap counter / Results- 11:30 - 1pm- ish
We need people to keep track of laps for each field (women & juniors
will have separate laps and finish)
Bring clipboard, paper and pen.
