OWHHH!
There are a lot of these things on our rides, and almost always at the 
bottom of a nice decent. They are old and highly worn.
I  try to cross at the extreme right side, where tire wear has not 
polished off the original teeth of the steel grate. 
Even then, they are very slippery when wet.
