Dear all,

Two good friends of mine from Kenya, Samson Gichuru and Denis (?) are in
South Africa training for the UCI B World Championships. It's a lot colder
in SA this time of year than Kenya ever gets, and without the right gear
or cash to buy new stuff they're shivering through training rides.

If you have any used cool-weather gear (size small) sitting around that
you'd be willing to pass on to these guys, they could really use it.

Samson and Denis train damn hard and have been winning races all over
Kenya but the Kenyan Cycling Federation is rife with corruption and
doesn’t support the country’s best riders. Despite this, they’ve managed
to get some corporate sponsorship and hope to qualify for the Olympics
next year.

I’ll be sending the stuff on Monday, so get in touch by then if you have
anything. Thanks so much for your support.

Vivian
