Hi, all.

I'm fetching all the registration stuff from SUNY Cortland this
afternoon, will be at Greek Peak before 7:30 AM to get set up. Mark came
over and did a brain dump right before he left town.

Here's a rundown of volunteer assignments that Mark gave me -- sorry, I
didn't realize he hadn't circulated to the wider group, or I would have
sent this earlier!

Sat June 9 AM - TTs

Glenn Swan - Start line

Marcia Swan - Finish line

Andrejs Ozolins - Start line

Sarah Barker - finish line

Dave Heck - computer

Ernie Bayles - 5KTT West, 10KTT West turnaround

Hobit Lafaye - 5KTT West, 10K TT east turnaround

Wayne Gottlieb also said he might be able to marshal during the morning,
but I haven't heard definitely.

Sat June 2 PM - RR

Marcia - finish line

Glenn - start/finish

Dave Heck - computer

Andrejs Ozolins - finish line

Peter Blenkiron - corner Church and Curtis

Ernie Bayles - Intersection Rt392 and Rt 215 (Virgil 4-way) reprieve if
possible (I think I've got Shan Mohiuddin coming out for the RR, so
hopefully this will be Ernie's reprieve)

Vivian Hoffman - corner Church and W. State St (near Rt 392
intersection)

Rahn Pitzer - corner Sth Cortland-Virgil Rd and W State St (on the
downhill)

Casey Carlstrom - corner Curtis and W State St

Sara, if you want to help with registration, I'd love the company!
Registration is supposed to start at 8:00 AM, so you can show up any
time before that.

See y'all tomorrow!

Hi all,

I spoke with Mark this week, but he didn't really give me many
directions other than to contact Marcia and Ernie. I believe I'm doing
the finish line with Marcia for the TTs and then I think Ernie was given
my corner as I believe I need to leave before the end of the race. I'm
happy to do registration if you all need me, just let me know. Also
other jobs that need attending?

I really have no idea what time I should arrive? Marcia any idea? Sorry
I can't be of more help Andrejs, but I'm honestly not sure who's in
charge!

I will be off email at 4:00 today so if you get this message later than
that time and have more information, please call me at home tonight.
539-6594. I will also be at the sweep.

Cheers,
Sara
