I've decided to do the time trials this year.  Now
have I actually done it?  no.  Last week-Took too long
making dinner, tomorrow-book club, but I just wanted
you all to know that I'm there with you in spirit. 
Maybe one of these day's I'll actually be there
physically, because, after all, I've decided to do the
time trials this year.  Alex, how's your sprinting? 
Want to do sprint intervals some time?  Good fun.
