FLCC> speaking of bike trips - Spain and France

Hey all-
  
  Looking for some helpful advise on planning a bike trip to Spain /  France in September for our honeymoon.  We're looking to spend  about 2-3 weeks riding some beautiful country and seeing / doing some  epic climbs.  
  
  Specifically, I'm wondering where to ride (best stuff), where to stay, and any other advise you have.
  
  Preliminary thoughts are to use Eurail (sp?) to connect areas of  bike-touring interest, stay at B&B's (guesthouses, whatever), and  carry our gear on our bikes.
  
  Any thoughts?
