LT, AT and VO2 Testing Coming November 17th
Exercise Testing by Joey Adams, MS Exercise Science from
Intelligent Fitness out of Shelburne, VT will be at Chenango Point Cycles in
Binghamton on Saturday November 17, 2007 starting at 10:00 a.m thru
closing of the store that day, to do all of Your RMR, VO2, AT
Threshold Testing!!! As well as Power Wattage if you are so interested. If
you want an earlier appt. Jim will come in special and open up.
Testing will be done at Chenango Point so you will need to call ahead to
reserve a space. Each test requires about an hour of your time. Tami Lewis
is handling sign up times.
Make sure that you get a check to Jim Delaney as soon as you can when you
sign up and get your address and sign up time to Tami at tclewis at frontiernet
net or call her at (607)843-2442 during the day so you will be set up and
Joey can send you the testing protocol info.
You will need to bring your trusty steed for the testing as it will be
hooked up to a Computrainer to give you all your readouts.
Bring comfy riding shoes, clothes and drink.
Pricing as follows:
- RMR (resting metabolic rate) the amt. of calories your body burns in a
day

-AT Test (Aerobic Threshold) - where your body switches from Fat Burning to
Sugar burning
-VO2 Max- the amount of oxygen your body uses during exercise
