FLCC> trail work Saturday

To interested parties:

	There is a plan taking shape to do trail work on Mount Pleasant this 
coming Saturday. We use the trails of the Swandrome for skate skiing and 
cyclocross, and we use the wider Mt. Pleasant trail system for mountain 
biking, skiing and snowshoeing. In order to maintain the condition of the 
trails we need to put some effort in and clear brush and remove fallen 
trees from across the trails. We can facilitate grooming on some trails by 
cutting back encroaching brush, and by doing some grading to level things 
out. We can make night skiing and riding easier by refreshing the white 
trail dots on some trees with new paint.
	None of these tasks are large or difficult. They just require man-hours 
and a few tools. So......I propose we have a couple of work sessions during 
the day on Saturday Nov. 10, with one outing leaving Swan Cycles at 10:00AM 
and the second leaving from Swan Cycles at 1:00. There will be work gloves 
and tools provided, as well as hot or cold refreshment. Enjoy a walk in the 
woods and then enjoy the fruits of your labors for the rest of the season.
