Further evidence of the woefully poor promotion of the Buffalo race was 
the website for the race which was inactive until just days before the 
event.  Then when a race flyer finally appeared, it listed the Open 
Men's race as starting at 5 pm.  Was this going to be a night race?

It's a shame someone took the fall for what appears to be shoddy race 
promotion.
