FWIW, OCC uses a ride sign in/out sheet. You sign in before the ride and
out on your return so we have an idea if somebody is still out. It is
useful as some of our rides have as many as 70 riders. We also use the
reported mileage to make awards at the end of the year. We did ask for
license plate numbers and cell numbers on the Fall Century -- good idea.
